It seems Mr. Eric
Reilly, who works at Forex.com as a Forex
Market Strategist, “ A Forex Specialist
“ none the less, and deals with
Hedge Funds and High End Account Holders at Forex.com,
and whoever he may have been working with, rather
than use our Software Legitimately through us,
Prefer to be Criminals.
One would guess
His “ Forex Specialty “
Title Does Not Serve Mr. Reilly Well and They
Need Help In Generating Huge
Profits and Profitable Trades and may have decided to raid our
Live User’s Account and Track Our Trades Violating
Our Live User’s Privacy Rights. We suspected
someone was watching that Account and We Flooded
that Account with Orders and hopefully, That Blew Any
Account linked to Our Trades.
We hear
Mr. Reilly sounded extremely nervous when He called Our Live
User to inquire why those trades were different than previous
trades and what was going on in account.
Not only is He Violating our Live User’s Privacy
Rights, He is Brazen enough to expect an answer on
something illegal He is doing as if Forex.com
Sanctions His Illegal Behavior. Maybe
Forex.com does Sanction His Illegal Behavior and That Issue needs the
Courts to remind them of such a thing as Privacy Rights.
In any event, We Certainly Hope We Blew Whatever Account(s)
He May Have Illegally Linked Our Trades To.
This is second
incident involving Forex.com and a Live User of Ours.
This Abuse of Power And
Trust will not be Ignored. Nor
Should You do Business with Them if They Brazenly
Ignore And Will Violate Your Legal Rights.
We will look further into
this matter for disposition.
Companies have been Sued and Lost Cases
for Abusing and Violating Your
Legal Right to Privacy.
In Any Situation that harshly
affects US, We would seek Any Person
with Any Information and Pay For That Information which gives

Unfortunately, Forums and
Posting Sites allow people to post any information…true or not
about anyone or anything and than allows them to simply wander off into
the night or they tend to be overseas making any litigation efforts futile in
most cases. We do not chase Ghosts nor allow them to
influence us. Neither should You.
We looked into and did some testing on
signal sending last fall. As Wealthbuilderfx
knows since we had many times written and talked to them
regarding our signals being lost in transit at their end,
about their bridge software linking our signals to their
server not functioning right leaving orders on test server open
that should have been closed.
We tested
sending Signals with them and
Zulutrade. Zulutrade for
instance, took 2 days to close order even after many emails and
customer chats to close order signal was lost on during tests.

Signals sending under those conditions could not provide
all of the true features of our software to you and left us open for
ridicule or sending shoddy signals if signals were lost in transit that
offset orders since it was Our Name, not theirs

After reviewing tests, and

back on us, Mr. Sarullo ordered
Signal Sending Tests be immediately stopped and
Agreements Cancelled. We believe Our
Quality, Performance and Reputation is Paramount.
We do not allow ourselves to
be manipulated that way.
Now it seems,
Others are trying to take those tests
results and detail from the 9,000 trades demo we were
running last fall and extract just the losing trades to distort our
results. And claiming them as Our Actual Live
Trades. That is Not True.
We had NO Live Users from March, 2009 to January,
2010 as you can see below in our Past History
Section. We went dormant during that
period while we worked on solution to prevent hackers from
pirating our software. Our Live Users were Making Money
from Middle January, 2010 to day before that May 6th event
happened and they made money after that day and are still making money
using our software.
Some laugh at us and tell us they
have a bridge over some body of water they wish to sell us. we
smile... they would better serve themselves and their clients or boss by
becoming finders for us... We believe, the real joke is someone
who after years of trying, can only generate negative or dismal annual
returns, and charges for producing those disgraceful results and then tries
to sell us a bridge they know not where..
People tell us they are tired of seeing those statements and
paying for it. as more people get to know about us,
people will seek our returns and profits instead of their losses.

located in Illinois, Mr. O as we will call him was paying 2
pips to broker to get 1 pip profit and I believe they said they were trying
this around 50 times a day when they saw our ad and went live with us.
when their very first Live Order using our software hit 40 pips
profit within few hours of going live with us, they shutdown in San Diego and
went out to celebrate since they had never seen that many pips on one order before
after few years of trying.... that is a true story and had they let software
run all night, they would have gotten over 200 pips on each order that night.
I always wondered... if they shutdown after seeing 40 pips to
celebrate with a drink or two, would they have partied all week
upon seeing 200+ pips on those orders... Their greed and seeking
to subordinate us got them barred.
We have a whole world full of potential live users and with
word of mouth advertising, we will replace them. we also have the
means to turn small accounts into bigger accounts than theirs, and things
have a way of getting back to us. in contrast,
they can go back to what they had till their clients find out about us and
decide to deal directly with us or thru a finder of ours. they can
also shop around. after they've shopped around as you can see in above
article, who are they going to replace us with?

primarily designed our software to trade, is the most lucrative of all

Forex... some say they never heard of it. you have.. but

Our Past History:
in 2008 and up until late January or early February of 2009, we
offered demos and we did weekly profit splits with people worldwide and
broker account opening balance we required then was only $1,000. they
also paid $1,000 down to start lease and lease amount was $175,000
dollars. 15% of weekly profits went for lease amount and
45% of profits came to us as our share of weekly profits. In November,
2008, we dropped lease amount and went to a straight 50/50 profit split
and we covered costs to send us our money due to extra charges by Paypal for
currency conversion to US Dollars. total number of our live users
worldwide numbered in double digits.
people used to download our demos at rate of
200+ downloads a week for weeks., possibly some even from your
broker as some well known brokers / banks worldwide also downloaded our
demos, unknownst to you but known to us since no demo could be
downloaded without our approval from our website.
We stopped doing weekly profits splits around March,
2009 due to decompilers and hackers while we worked on solution to
prevent any pirating of our program and formulated our plan to take us to our
goal. In fact, MT4 .ex4 decompiler can still be found on Ebay
for few dollars.
In January of 2010, we started our comeback and brought back
our weekly profit split and expanded it as you see above and on
our profit split page to include compensation for everyone as finder.
